What is going on in the European Top Leagues? (Germany)

The German Bundesliga is crazy this year. Mainz 05, who just came from the 2. Bundesliga, has the best starting record ever! They won all of their first seven games. (In Europe, if you are under the last three teams in the league, you have to go down in the second league, and the three top teams from the second league go to the first league)

They even beat Bayern Munich, the top favorite team to win the league, and one of the best teams in the world.

They lead the league with 21 points. followed by Dortmund with 18 (my team, they are doing amazing right now, it is a pleasure to watch them!!!), Hannover with 13, and Leverkusen with 12.

Top teams like Bayern(worst start in the history of the team, Schalke (who spend so much money then ever before on players) and Bremen and Stuttgart are doing not just bad, they suck!They are not even in the top 10 right now. No one knows why. It is good to see that Schalke sucks, because they are our rival team and I really dislike them! They acquired Christoh Metzelder, who used to play for Dortmund. He was a fan favorite, and a hero for us. Now he is in Schalke, we hate him for that, and we think he is a traitor!!!

I like that the teams who are supposed to be good, have a hard time right. I think this is good, because if you look in the league table and check out the first few times, Dortmund has the strongest team. I think we will be the champions this year...

What is going on in the European Top Leagues? (Spain)

 The best team in the world is the FC Barcelona. Real Madrid is also very strong, and has the biggest name in the soccer history. If you are the coach of Madrid, your job is the hardest in the world. The management expects you to win, the Spanish League and the Champions League. No coach reached this goal in the last few years.  With KAKA, Ronaldo, and Messi are the three best players in the world in one league.

How are three stars doing with their teams? Ronald, KAKA (Madrid) and Messi (Barcelona). Both teams are the top favorites every year to win the league. 

Barcelona has done it the last few years. But Madrid acquired the best coach in the world. Jose Mourinho(Portugal), who just came from Inter Milan, and who has won lots of trophies in his career. (He is like the Phil Jackson of soccer)

The league is lead by Valencia with 18 points, followed by Villarreal with 15, Real Madrid with 14, and Barcelona by 13, after six games.

Even though Madrid, and Barcelona are not leading the league yet, they will be up there soon. Especially Madrid is playing amazing soccer (I have watched a few games), but they have some trouble to score, or being so dominant as they should be. When this will change, the will not just be on the number one spot to win the league, but also on the number one to win the Champions League.

What is going on in the European Top Leagues? (England)

Starting with England, the strongest soccer league in the World in my opinion. They have the best players (Rooney, Lampard, Cech,Drogba, Torres, Fabregas,Vidic and many more): Also many teams have a world class level(Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham)

Chelsea leads the league after seven games played with 18 points, followed by Manchester City with 14, Manchester United 13, Arsenal and Tottenham who both have 11.

The FC Liverpool is in bad condition right now. They are on position 18 with only 6 points.  The club also has lots of dept.  and is in big financial trouble. Because of this, Liverpool was just sold to the American company New England Sports Ventures (NESV) for around 490 million U.S Dollar, who also own the Boston Red Sox. 

The top scorer in the British Premier League is Didier Drogba (Chelsea) with 6 goals and 5 assists.
